Can I get a custom piece made?

Of course you can! We are always excited to do a custom, though sometimes we have to restrict them if our queue is high. Just message us at info@bekindrewindclothing.com, and let us know what you’d like to order, or order from the designated section and put your thoughts in order notes. 

 

I love this listing, but can you make it in an adult size?

Perhaps, yes! There would be an increase in price, and style might vary slightly , but we can certainly try. Email us at info@bekindrewindclothing.com for more details. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on our volume. Most of our items are ready to ship now, and will ship out within a few days. As far as customs and the occasional made to order piece, we aim to have those on the way within 2-4 weeks, though many orders ship out sooner, and some may go out later. Be assured, we are dying, embellishing, distressing, bleaching, sewing and painting pieces daily and sending them off to you as fast as we can! And if you need something by a specific date, just let us know. We can make sure you get it on time. My stuff just arrived, but some of it looks slightly different than what was pictured on your website. Why?

Subtle differences = more originality. And standing out is always a good thing! Sometimes, variations in color or structure call for a slight modification to look it’s best. We guarantee that the basic idea will always be the same. As far as some flannels having hoods and some not, we get what we get. If we get 25 flannels in, only 1 or 2 might have an attached hood, and some orders just end up with them. Trims may vary slightly also. We try to keep everything the same, but many different variables play a role on creating our pieces. Sometimes, a substitute is all we are able to find.

 

How do I keep my items looking their best?

We recommend that you hand wash them whenever possible, but your designs CAN handle a cold cycle washing machine. Either line dry them or tumble dry low. Use a cooler setting when ironing inside out. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Not usually, as our items are made upon ordering. However, if something is defective upon arrival, please give us the opportunity to make it right. 

I live outside the U.S. Can I place an order?

At this time, we are only shipping domestically, as well as to Canada.
